フランス料理というと、日本では高級で敷居が高く、堅苦しい雰囲気がありますが、フランス パリでは「ブイヨン」という「大衆食堂」が100年以上前にうまれ、今でも老若男女問わず、毎日多くのお客様でにぎわっています。
「ブイヨン」はもともと労働者の為のレストランとして生まれ、お値打ち価格でおなか一杯のお料理で多くの皆様に愛され日常を豊かにしてきました。
日本の食文化、飲食店も多様化し、中華やイタリアンなど多くの海外の料理が日常化され、高級店から低価格店まで様々なお店がありますが、フランス料理はいまだに高級店が多く、日本の食文化に入ってこれていないと考えています。
いまだに敷居の高いフランス料理を「ブイヨン」と同じコンセプトで、本場と同じように気軽に使えるお店を作り、皆さんの日常を食で豊かにしていきたい。

In Japan, French cuisine is often seen as high-end and formal.
But in Paris, “Bouillon” — casual, affordable restaurants born over 100 years ago — remain beloved by all generations.
Originally created for workers, Bouillons serve hearty meals at reasonable prices, enriching daily life through food.

| 勤務時間 Working hours | 9:00~23:00の内8時間以内。午前中のみの勤務、18時以降の勤務もOK! Within 8 hours from 9:00~23:00. While other shifts are available, you’re also welcome to work in the morning or after 6 PM. 週1日、1日4h~勤務OK!学校の授業を優先できます。 You can work from just one day a week, starting from 4 hours per shift. | 仕事内容 Work content | まずは笑顔で大きな声がだせれば100点満点！ ホール業務・オーダーを取る・ドリンク、料理の提供・レジ・後片付け・清掃…など キッチン業務・調理補助・仕込み・盛り付け…など ※「料理をしたことがない…」という方でも初めから丁寧に教えます！ As long as you can start with a smile and a cheerful voice, you’ll be perfect! Many foreign staff are also active! The contents of the work include cooking assistance, preparation, serving, washing dishes, etc. Even if you have never cooked before, we will teach you carefully from the beginning! ブイヨン東池袋春日通り店開店までは、他のお店で研修・勤務していただきます。 Until Bouillon Higashi-Ikebukuro Kasuga-Dori opens, you’ll be training and working at another one of our restaurants. |
